Scuba Diving

We made 13 dives in a 5-day period, including:

• A 130' dive through an underwater cave at the famous Blue Hole (that's the background scene on our Belize main page)
• A few wall dives at about 80'
• An night dive at Hol Chan Marine Reserve

What we did not do, however, was take any underwater shots (those disposable underwater cameras do not work at the depths we were at).  One or two of our divemates had fancy underwater jobs and we asked them to send us some copies.  Unless and until that happens, click here for a nice National Geographic shot of the cave at the Blue Hole.  And yes, it really did look like that: cold, very deep blue, and very unearthly.
